Walter is a project controls and project management professional bringing experience leading, directing & participating in construction projects, both on the planning & execution sides of the business.  His project controls experience includes developing cost estimates, project construction & design schedules, providing detailed schedule reviews, and providing cost control, risk management & change management services. 

Walter is a graduate of Florida Institute of Technology (Civil Engineering), and is a AACEI certified Planning & Scheduling Professional. 

When he is not hard at work delivering for clients, can be found spending quality time with his family, or catching his favorite sports football, soccer, cricket, and basketball.
